AN INVESTMENT THAT ADAPTS TO CHANGE
At Gruppo Selleria Equipe, we understand that needs can change. That’s why we offer the possibility to modify the gullet width or replace the panels, adapting the saddle to a new horse or a horse that has changed over time. This exclusive service extends the life of your saddle, offering you a flexible and lasting solution without ever compromising the quality of a custom-made product.

FAQ

To ensure the saddle is properly positioned, start by checking that the gullet arch doesn’t touch the withers. Then, make sure there is enough space between the withers and the opening of the saddle, about 7 cm, or four fingers. When you slide your hand under the arch, you should feel a moderate resistance. If the hand slides too easily, the saddle may be too long; if it’s hard to pass or impossible, the saddle is likely too tight. For the back end, ensure the loin area is completely free. Finally, when you put your hand under the saddle, check if the panels apply an even and moderate pressure across the entire area where the saddle rests.
