Calvin Boeckmann

Thanks to his family's horse breeding and sales business, Calvin grew up surrounded by horses and started riding at a very young age. His passion for the sport, particularly Eventing, was evident from his school years, when it became clear that he would pursue a career in the equestrian world as a professional rider. He was strongly supported by his family, especially his mother, who was herself a prominent eventing competitor.

After riding several ponies in his early years, in 2010 he began competing with his first eventing pony, Askaban. In the following years, he achieved numerous successes, winning gold, silver, and bronze medals, both individually and as part of a team, at the European Championships.

In addition to Eventing, Calvin has also competed in show jumping with his horse Carvella Z, participating in the European Championships for Children (U14) and Juniors (U18), where he won a team gold medal and an individual silver medal.

In 2017, riding Altair de la Cense, he claimed multiple titles, including the German U21 Championship, and achieved various successes at the European Championships, along with several victories at the senior level.
